View All SchemesA scheme providing financial assistance to students from Scheduled Castes, Denotified Nomadic and Semi-Nomadic Tribes, Landless Agricultural Labourers, and Traditional Artisans for pursuing Master's and PhD degrees at accredited foreign universities. Around 125 scholarships are awarded annually, covering tuition fees, maintenance allowance, airfare, visa, and health insurance.
A Centrally Sponsored Scheme implemented through State Governments and UT administrations to support parents of SC children and other disadvantaged categories for education at the pre-matric stage. Aims to improve participation, minimize drop-out rates, and enable progression to post-matric education. Component 1 covers SC students in Class 9-10; Component 2 covers children of manual scavengers, tanners, waste pickers, and hazardous cleaning workers in Class 1-10.

Around 1,00,000 scholarships are awarded annually to Class 8 students studying in government, government-aided, or local body schools, providing ₹12,000 per year from Class 9 to 12.
