The directory’s date-only deadline fallback treats the date as the end of the India day; that is a display/status policy, not an issuer-stated time. The application start date is 1 October 2026; the PDF does not state a start time. Read the complete advertisement and any updates on the official recruitment page. The fee is payable by net banking or debit/credit card and is non-refundable/non-adjustable: ₹1,000 for General/OBC applicants and ₹500 for SC/ST/Female/Divyang applicants. If applying for more than one post, submit a separate application and separate fee for each; otherwise only the first post listed will be considered. Government/Semi-Government/Central/State Autonomous Body employees must upload an employer NOC with the online application; their applications are treated as advance copies and candidacy remains provisional until the NOC is submitted. The notice does not require a mailed paper application. Bring self-attested copies and originals of educational, caste and experience certificates for presentation/interview or when requested; shortlisted candidates are notified by email.
